1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Ihima Elites Initiative website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Membership
Membership requires an annual due. Membership benefits, voting rights and access to member-only content are provided while your membership is active. Dues are used to fund our programmes and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts used to support our community development work. Unless stated otherwise, donations are non-refundable. We will always apply funds towards our charitable objectives.
4. Use of the website
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully.
- Content on this site is owned by IEI and may not be reproduced without permission.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
5. Member accounts
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.
6. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, IEI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
