How much of my donation reaches the field?

Because we're volunteer-led with low overheads, around 98% of every donation goes directly to programmes — medical outreach, scholarships, empowerment and community projects. We publish how funds are used in our reports.

What's the difference between donating and membership?

A donation is a one-off or monthly gift to our work. Membership means joining IEI as part of the community: you pay annual dues, receive updates, and help decide which projects we pursue. Many supporters do both.

Can I give from outside Nigeria?

Absolutely. Many of our members and donors are part of the Nigerian diaspora. You can give by card or international transfer, and our diaspora membership tier is designed especially for supporters abroad.

Will I get a receipt and updates?

Yes. Every gift is acknowledged with a receipt, and supporters receive impact updates so you can see exactly what your generosity made possible.

Can my company or organisation partner with IEI?
